This website provides information about a class-action lawsuit that has been filed against Reed Hein & Associates, a.k.a. “Timeshare Exit Team.”

The Class Action

Former Reed Hein customers Brian and Kerry Adolph filed a class-action complaint against Reed Hein in October 2021. The complaint alleges that Reed Hein had harmed its customers by committing multiple unlawful acts, including violations of the Washington Consumer Protection Act.

On October 25, 2022, the Court entered an order certifying the lawsuit as a class action. The Court appointed Brian Adolph to represent the interests of class members. The Court authorized Albert Law to serve as the law firm representing the class.

The Settlement Agreement

Albert Law has negotiated a settlement with Reed Hein that the firm and Mr. Adolph believe to be in the best interests of class members. The settlement isn’t final unless the Court finds that the settlement is fair to class members. The settlement agreement can be reviewed at this link.

Class members have the right to object to the settlement. Class members also have the right to opt out of the class action. Class members can learn about their rights by reviewing this class-action notice.
